Prenatal Yoga Class in Astoria
Prenatal yoga can help enhance the wonderful sensations of pregnancy and relieve some of the less-than pleasant aspects, such as nausea and mood swings. Asanas in this fun, vibrant and down-to-earth prenatal yoga class are designed to give mamas the strength they’ll need to go through pregnancy and push their babies out at the end.
We’ll also work on alleviating common (and unusual) pregnancy-specific side-effects, such as lower-back pain, nighttime leg cramps and shortness of breath. We’ll spend a few minutes at the beginning of class going over how everyone’s doing and will tailor the class to suit those needs
