Born in Stamford, Connecticut, Morgan has been dancing since the age of three. After majoring in Theater and Movement at Northwestern University, she came to New York to continue her passion for the arts. Morgan received her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification in 2011 and proceeded to receive her Prenatal Yoga certification with Downward Carried Breath. She believes the pregnancy body is incredibly strong and just needs some guidance to feel comfortable. Her classes are informative and alignment conscious while incorporating her dance background to fluidly connect poses. Morgan finds that life and fitness is all about balance and moving towards the things that make you happy.
