Anna Gannon is a meditation and yoga teacher. What started as an interest in the physical benefits of yoga, quickly evolved into an intimate curiosity in the mental, emotional and energetic benefits as well. Throughout her exploration, Anna has studied movement, meditation and energetic principles with numerous teacher across many “worlds” of disciplines. It is through this wide net of knowledge that Anna creates her classes, filled with flowing, intuitive movement and conscious attention on awareness, feeling and breath. All of her classes are paired with a unique playlist that also cast a wide net in current pop to oldies.
In essence, what you can expect to find in Anna’s classes is a balance of movement and ease, a compassionate lighthearted feel, and hopefully a little fun.
